- Cuvée Chaumière Sec (Dry)
A dry and full white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
- Cuvée Chaumière Demi-Sec (Medium)
A blend of Suavignong Blanc and Chardonnay, forumulated to produce a slightly sweeter wine with more depth.
- Cuvée Chaumière Rouge
A blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Grenache produces an easy drinking Burgundy-style wine.

- Moutard
The Champagne served at the British House of Commons. A crisp light drop with a fresh acidity and lively texture.
- Pol Roger
White flowers, green apple, brioche and a trace of minerality, with a hint of honey.
- Montaudon Grande Rosé
A very lively deep redcurrant rose colour with a multitude of fine bubbles. On the nose, blackcurrant and fresh fruit, which is followed on the palate by red berry flavours (blackcurrant, redcurrant, strawberry).
- Laurent-Perrier Rosé
Made from only Pinot Noir grapes giving a glorious pink colour and rounded red fruit flavours.
- Dom Pérignon Vintage
Silky smooth, light as air and full of sensuality. Bright citrus and yeasty elements with fine bubbles. Aged for a minimum of nine years in a bottle before release.

(Italy) A delicately sweet sparkling wine with the delicious bouquet of the Moscato grape.

- Château Gabaron
(Bordeaux) A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot creating a good deep colour and distinctive claret 'nose'. The palate is warm with soft fruit flavours, leading to a dry finish cloaked in ripe and forgiving tannins.
- Châteauneuf-du-Pape
(Remy Ferbras, Rhône) Traditionally made from thirteen different grape varieties, the most famous wine of the Southern Rhône, with its rich cocktail of ripe fruit, herbs and overall spiciness.
- Savigny Premier Cru
(Chanson, Burgundy) Bright ruby colour. Intense aromas of preserved cherries mixed with chocolate and a hint of tobacco enhanced by a subtle vanilla note with well-integrated oak.

- Sangiovese
(Pasqua, Italy) The Italian national grape from Pasqua, smooth and velvety medium red.
- Shiraz Cabernet
(Willowglen, De Bertoli, Australia) Lovely plummy fruit aromas with hints of cassis, liquorice and underlying toasty wood characters. The palate shows plum fruit with blackcurrant and a touch of bacon.
- Merlot
(Rayen, Chile) Concentrated aromas of dried plums and strawberries. The palate offers masses of ripe black cherries, red fruits and olives, with hints of chocolate, spice and an exotic touch of eucalyptus.
- Rioja, El Coto
(Spain) Bright ruby in colour, with powerful Tempranillo. Fruits of blackberries and plums, combined with some spice and a discreet touch of oak.
- Cabernet Merlot Affinity
(South Africa) Superb reserve red, matured in French oak. Elegant and complex with pronounced, ripe berry fruit flavours and an underlay of vanilla and nutty aromas.

(Cutler Crest, California) A light to medium-bodied wine with light flowery-fruity aromas highlighted by strawberry and a touch of lemon.

- Mâcon Villages
(Cave de 'La Vigne Blanche', Mâcon) Ripe, luscious flavours of white flowers, green fruits and white berries. A rounded mineral bite underlies the balanced palate.
- Sancerre
(Foucher-Lebrun, Loire) Dry, crisp white wine with fresh acidity, a gooseberry nose and slightly flinty edge with classic peach, green apple and mineral characters.
- Chablis Premier Cru
('Côtes de Léchet', Gérard Tremblay, Burgundy) Greater weight and length than ordinary Chablis, perhaps slightly harder, with a clean, crisp 'greenness' and a soft nutty flavour.
- Chablis Grand Cru
('Vaudésir', Gérard Tremblay, Burgundy) A lively fresh mineral character showing a great deal of finesse. Explosive lime fruit, long lingering length and depth.
